Senior Process Engineer
Ingen are now seeking to strengthen and enhance our technical resource through the appointment of Senior Process Engineers. The successful candidate will have the relevant experience focused on upstream oil and gas and a University degree in relevant field. Reporting to the Operations Director you will undertake detailed and accurate process modeling using extensive simulation software. Preparation of work-studies and feasibility reports for clients and third party organisations. Preparation of Technical Process documents. Specifications for various items of equipment including rotating machinery, static vessels, pipework and instrumentation. Preparation and delivery of formal presentations both internally and to current or prospective clients. Carrying out techno-economic risk analyses of design concepts as a screening tool for development and redevelopment opportunities.
Actively participate within a highly creative, dynamic team focused environment, regularly contributing to the generation and development of novel engineering and economic solutions.
Hours – 40 hours per week

Process Engineer
Ingen are looking to recruit Process Engineers, primarily in their Aberdeen office with the potential for overseas assignments in Dubai branch office. The successful candidate will have the relevant experience focused on upstream oil and gas and a University degree in Chemical Engineering. The suitable candidate would be expected to participate in the following areas:
Field development and optimization studies, Topsides process and engineering studies, Flow assurance studies, Development of commissioning and pre-commissioning philosophies, procedures, Metering and Allocation audits and system implementation.
The person will also be required to prepare technical notes, calculations, reports and presentations. Have an ability to present this convincingly to our clients and defend the conclusions.
The ideal candidate would have experience in using typical process engineering packages such as HYSYS and Pipesim. The candidate would have used Visual Basic software and will become familiar with Ingen's in-house software package RAVE.
Hours – 40 hours per week
